I’m not sure who I was talking to but that sentence was spoken to me and in true “Tommy” style it took me a solid 12 hours to let that resonate before I could address it. After some thought… a lot of snacks, 9 holes of golf and then a good cup of tea later It hit me… thats totally right and thank goodness I’m always on the hunt for new music.
Now this doesn’t just mean I’m listen to strictly “new” music but I’m also searching for new music from older eras too!!! For instance I am die hard for the Golden era of hip hop fan, talking 1988-1996ish and I am always on the hunt for new tunes in that era as well!!!!
There is so much good music out there I would hate to stop and just listen to the same catalog over and over again… now don’t get it twisted, I’ve got songs that never leave rotation but its good to always keep my ears on the horizon for the next epic banger!!!
